The Bread Basket
The Bread Basket is a bakery that, according to its website, is family owned and has been baking since 1989. This Dorchester Road shop is its Riverview location. The brand has five bakery stores in the area, including others in Cleveland, Signal Mountain, East Brainerd and Hixson. The bakery is known on its website for sourdough bread, which it says is shaped by hand. The menu also includes muffins, cookies, cakes and seasonal sourdough options.
