The Dizzy PT

The Dizzy PT is a physical therapy practice in Hixson that also uses the name Warrior Wellness and Rehab on its website. It works with people living with complex and chronic conditions, and the conditions it lists include vertigo, concussion, neck pain, migraines, hypermobility, POTS and dysautonomia, chronic pain and Parkinson's disease. Care comes in a few formats: in-office visits at its studio, home visits within 10 miles of the office, and virtual consultations and coaching for patients located in Tennessee or Colorado. The practice also offers LSVT BIG, which it describes as an intensive treatment program for Parkinson's disease. The practice is led by a Doctor of Physical Therapy, and its website says she is a board-certified neurologic clinical specialist. According to the site, it is an out-of-network provider for all insurance except Medicare and provides superbills on request.
