Mike's Hole in the Wall

Mike's Hole in the Wall is a sports bar on Cherokee Boulevard in North Chattanooga. According to its website, it opened in 2008 in a building across the street and moved into its current, larger home in 2017. The site explains that the name came from a bottle chute behind the original bar. The kitchen sticks to bar food: sliders, wings, fried pickles, cheese curds and nachos to start, then smashed burgers, a Philly cheesesteak, a shrimp po'boy, tacos with several fillings and hand-tossed pizzas. A brunch menu adds breakfast pizza, shrimp and grits and eggs Benedict, along with mimosas and a Bloody Mary bar. The website lists trivia nights, catering packages and private parties for birthdays, office functions and holiday gatherings.
