Hair Benders @ North Shore

Hair Benders Internationalé, known as HBI, is a hair salon with a Northshore location on Frazier Avenue in Chattanooga. It also has a second salon on Gunbarrel Road in East Brainerd. According to its website, HBI has been part of the city since opening in 1978. The salon's services include cuts and styling, color, highlights (partial, full, balayage and ombré), hair extensions, and special occasion styling such as blowouts, curls, braids and upstyles. Its site says color is done with Redken, and every appointment starts with a consultation about what you want.
