Men's cuts at a barbershop run $20-35. Women's cuts range from $40-80 at mid-range salons, $80-150+ at upscale downtown spots. Color services vary widely - $80-200+ depending on complexity. Chattanooga is generally 20-30% cheaper than Nashville for comparable quality.

A few stand out. Day spas downtown and on the Southside offer the full treatment menu. For something more resort-style, the Chanticleer Inn on Lookout Mountain has a spa with mountain views.
