Birding by the Shore

Seasonal interpretive ranger Cameron leads Birding by the Shore at Harrison Bay State Park on Friday, October 16, from 9 to 10 a.m. The park describes the program as covering the fundamentals of shoreline birding, including how to use spotting scopes and binoculars, and how to identify shore birds and waterfowl that visit Chickamauga Lake.

The park says binoculars and spotting scopes are provided during the program, and participants are welcome to bring their own. It lists the program as free.
