Good Citizen K9

Good Citizen K9 is a dog training business on Akins Road in Ringgold, Georgia. According to its website, it is family owned and works with dogs of all breeds, ages and temperaments, from puppies learning the basics to dogs with more involved behavior concerns. Programs include weekly one-on-one private sessions and Board & Train stays of two, three or four weeks, where the dog stays with the trainers and works daily. The three-week stay is built around preparing a dog for the Canine Good Citizen evaluation. The team describes its approach as positive reinforcement and trains in real-world settings on two private training properties. The site lists service areas across Southeast Tennessee and Northwest Georgia, including Chattanooga, Hixson, Ooltewah, East Brainerd, Red Bank, Fort Oglethorpe and Lookout Mountain. A training session can be scheduled through the website.
