Cheese & Beer Festival 2026
A two-day festival at the Chattanooga Choo Choo featuring artisan cheeses, craft beer tastings, live music, specialty food, and handcrafted goods from local and regional artisans. Friday runs 4-10pm, Saturday runs 2-10pm.

Cultures in Concert 2026
A free celebration of Chattanooga's international community at the Chattanooga Market, with live music from around the world, an international food court, and cultural vendors.

Chattanooga Taco Festival 2026
A weekend celebration of tacos and Latin culture at Camp Jordan with more than 35 food vendors and food trucks, live entertainment including Ensamble De Mexico dancers and Lucha Libre wrestling, plus a Kids Zone with bounce houses, a foam pit, face painting, and mini golf.

Chattanooga Oktoberfest Bar Crawl 2026
Chattanooga's Oktoberfest pub crawl takes over the Southside for an afternoon and evening of German-style beer, food, and music. Centered at The Bitter Alibi, the 21-and-up celebration encourages lederhosen and dirndls, with a wristband check-in required at the start. It's a lively way to soak up fall in Chattanooga's bar and restaurant scene.

Bacon and Barrel Festival 2026
A food and whiskey festival supporting the Chattanooga Market, featuring unlimited samples of bacon-themed dishes from local restaurants alongside barrel-aged spirits, live music, and entertainment.

IRONMAN Chattanooga 2026
IRONMAN Chattanooga returns to the Scenic City, bringing more than 2,500 athletes from around the world to take on a full-distance triathlon: a 2.4-mile swim in the Tennessee River, a 111.8-mile bike ride through the surrounding countryside, and a 26.2-mile run finishing along the riverfront. Spectators can cheer athletes on throughout downtown Chattanooga, with the best views near the swim start and the finish line downtown. It's one of the biggest single-day sporting events the city hosts each year.

Chattanooga Market Fall Festival 2026
A seasonal celebration at the Chattanooga Market with pumpkins, apples, cider, and fall produce alongside local vendors, handmade goods, fresh flowers, and live music.

3 Sisters Bluegrass Festival 2026
Chattanooga's free bluegrass festival returns to Ross's Landing on the riverfront, October 2-3, 2026. Two days of top regional and national bluegrass acts on the banks of the Tennessee River — one of the city's most beloved free music traditions.

Ketner's Mill Fair 2026 - 48th Annual
The 48th Annual Ketner's Mill Fair brings handmade arts & crafts, live music, Southern-style food, a craft beer bar, wagon rides through the countryside, pottery, woodworking, a historic mill tour, and a petting zoo to the historic Ketner's Mill property in Whitwell, TN, just outside Chattanooga.

Boo in the Zoo 2026
The Chattanooga Zoo's family-friendly Halloween event returns with an immersive, spooky-fun adventure across multiple dates in October. Enjoy trick-or-treat stations, festive zoo decorations, and Halloween activities for all ages.

New Salem Mountain Festival 2026 - 52nd Annual
A 52nd-annual arts and crafts festival atop Lookout Mountain in Rising Fawn, Georgia, about 30 minutes from downtown Chattanooga. Around 100 artists and craftsmen exhibit pottery, paintings, furniture, wood turning and carving, stained glass, jewelry, candles, iron works, wreaths, baskets, and leather goods, with a strong focus on Appalachian heritage and mountain tradition.

Wine Over Water 2026
An annual riverside wine tasting fundraiser at Renaissance Park benefiting Preserve Chattanooga, featuring wine from top vendors along the Tennessee River.
