NUTCRACKER! Magical Christmas Ballet

NUTCRACKER! Magical Christmas Ballet is a touring holiday production set to Tchaikovsky's score. The production says its international company includes principal dancers from Ukraine, Japan, Italy and other countries, and the show adds acrobatics, elaborate costumes and towering puppets to the classic story.

The production says local children also join the cast through its "Dance with Us" program, and that in Chattanooga children ages 6 to 17 were invited to audition in partnership with Ballet Esprit. The show is at Soldiers and Sailors Memorial Auditorium in downtown Chattanooga. See the official Nutcracker site for more, and tickets are sold through Ticketmaster.
