We Build We Fix

We Build We Fix is a repair and maintenance company that works with the real estate industry. According to its website, Chattanooga is its founding location and headquarters, with additional offices in Nashville, Tennessee and Huntsville, Alabama. The crew focuses on small and mid-size jobs rather than big renovations. Services include punch list work (paint touch-ups, drywall repair, trim and hardware), unit turnovers between tenants, ongoing maintenance, and handyman work such as carpentry, paint, gutters and tile repair. The site says plumbing, HVAC and electrical work is offered through a partner company, The Works Industries. The business works with property managers, apartment communities, builders and contractors, investors and real estate agents. The site says to send over a punch list and the team will reply with an estimate.
