The do-it-yourself stations come set up with warm-water tubs, a choice of shampoo and conditioner, face wash, towels, dryers, combs and brushes, and ear cleaning supplies, and owners leave the mess behind when they are done. Staff can add nail clipping, nail grinding or paw trims to a self-wash visit. The shop also does full-service grooming, clipping and styling. According to its website, walk-ins are welcome at the self-wash stations, while grooming is by appointment and can be booked online.
