Homes With Purpose

Homes With Purpose is the real estate practice of Donnella Ianziti, a Realtor who works with home buyers and sellers in the Greater Chattanooga area and Northwest Georgia. According to her website, she is licensed in both Tennessee and Georgia, and the site lists her with RH Real Estate, LLC on Cherokee Boulevard in Chattanooga. Her website groups her work into three areas: Chattanooga and its suburbs (it names Downtown and Southside, North Shore, Signal Mountain, Lookout Mountain, Red Bank, and Ooltewah and Apison), lake communities around Chickamauga Lake and Nickajack Lake, and North Georgia towns including Ringgold, Fort Oglethorpe, Chickamauga, Dalton and Rocky Face. The site has current property listings, a home valuation request form for sellers and a blog. It also shows her designations: Seller Representative Specialist, Real Estate Negotiation Expert, Pricing Strategy Advisor and Home Finance Resource.
