Hamilton County Fair 2026

The Hamilton County Fair returns for Veterans Day weekend at the sprawling 2,100-acre McDonald Farm in Sale Creek, with country music headliners Rodney Atkins and Brandon Davis, a live rodeo, lumberjack shows, pig races, amusement rides, agricultural exhibits, and fireworks.

Enchanted Garden of Lights at Rock City 2026

Rock City's award-winning holiday tradition returns to Lookout Mountain with millions of lights transforming the gardens into a nighttime winter wonderland. Visitors wind through five themed trails, including the Grand Corridor, the Bridges, Hall of the Mountain King, Fairyland Caverns, and Carter Cliffs, with Santa making nightly appearances through December 23. Now in its 31st year, the event is one of the region's most popular holiday outings and a portion of proceeds benefits the Ronald McDonald House.
