Scenic City Wings returns to Chattanooga Market on Sunday, October 4. Local restaurants each serve their own wings for guests to sample and vote on. This year's participants are HiFi Clyde's, Southside Social, Whiskey Cowgirl, Grillbilly BBQ, Owls Nest BBQ and Bhamanooga Wings.

A new feature is "In the Hot Seat," a live hot-wing interview series in which guests answer questions while eating progressively spicier wings. Live music is by Bob Keel and Jeff and Jennifer Daniels. The Market says the event benefits the Chattanooga Area Food Bank.

It runs 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the First Horizon Pavilion, and the market lists admission as free. See the official event page for details and tickets.
