East Ridge Christmas Parade

The City of East Ridge hosts its annual Christmas Parade on Saturday, November 21, 2026, starting at 6:30 p.m. The route runs from Germantown Road to Tombras Avenue via Ringgold Road. It is an evening parade, so floats are lit, and the city describes it as a kickoff to the holiday season with illuminated floats, marching bands and costumed characters.

Local organizations, schools, churches, clubs and businesses can enter; the registration deadline is November 5. Schools can compete for cash prizes for the best float. In case of severe weather, the parade moves to Sunday, November 22 at 3:30 p.m., and it will be canceled if weather remains an issue.

Full details are on the East Ridge Parks and Rec events page.
