The Phone Exchange

The Phone Exchange is a shop for pre-owned phones and devices, with locations in Knoxville and Chattanooga. The Chattanooga store is on East Brainerd Road. The company says it has worked in wireless since 2011. Its website lists four main services: buying smartphones, tablets and smartwatches, buying devices from customers who want to sell, trade-ins, and repairs such as iPhone screens and batteries. It also describes in-house device leasing with a qualifying trade-in. Check with the store on current inventory.
