Taqueria la delicia

Taqueria la Delicia is a taqueria on Rossville Boulevard with a menu that mixes Mexican standards and Guatemalan dishes. Its street tacos come on handmade corn tortillas with grilled onions, cilantro and cabbage, and birria tacos are served with a side of consome. On the Guatemalan side, the mixta guatemalteca pairs grilled steak and Guatemalan-style sausage with guacamole and cooked cabbage, and shucos stuff sausage and steak into Guatemalan bread.
