Inside the historic Chattanooga Choo Choo complex on Market Street, STIR serves lunch, dinner and weekend brunch built around a raw bar and a serious cocktail program. Oysters and seasonal seafood come raw, steamed or cooked, and the kitchen adds rotating specials alongside its regular menu. According to its website, the team carves its own ice from large blocks, makes bitters and syrups in-house, barrel-ages some cocktails and keeps others on draft. Brunch brings bloody marys and mimosas, with patio seating facing Station Street. For private events, the Cabooze Room seats about 50 and opens onto a covered patio. STIR also offers off-site catering with bar service, catered lunches, reservations, and pickup or delivery ordering.
