Glenwood Community Center

Glenwood Community Center is a City of Chattanooga recreation center on East Third Street. According to the city's page, the building has a gym, a workout room, a computer lab, a game room and a multipurpose room with a stove and refrigerator. Programming is split between set-aside times for seniors and open times when youth and community members of all ages can take part. The city's Department of Community Development also runs a weekday shuttle for seniors between Carver Community Center, where they can park, and Glenwood. The gym and multipurpose room can be rented for private events through the city's online facility request system, which asks for bookings at least 14 days in advance.
